Did I stay somewhere different from the previous reviewers? We enjoyed our stay at Silver Tides, handy location for our stay. Had no problems with anything in the property, the place was spotlessly clean. Previous reviewers had problems with the bed, well I am 20 stone and toss n turn at night and had no problems, we both enjoyed a good restful sleep. All in all we would recommend Silver Tides as a great base for either a short or long stay.

On arrival double bed looked like it was slept in - very untidy. Oven was very filthy - had to scrub oven racks before I could use it.

Also had problems with the double bed collapsing which clearly hasn't been fixed. Cleaner was very rude telling us to clean up rubbish in the garden which we didn't even create or we would be charged. We were still about at 10am when the cleaner arrived which is the check out time however she offered to give us an extra 20 minutes, we were gone before she came back however the owners then proceeded to try and charge us for a late checkout which we rejected.

Not good at the moment because at 2.30am my double bed collapsed!! Not HaPpY at all.
