Don't be fooled by the slightly out of the way location - this is a fine dining restaurant. The decor inside is very smart and the cocktails were will made and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the presentation of the main courses and desserts was faultless. So why only 4 stars? Well, if you are aiming for fine dining, with prices to match, everything has to reach that standard. For me, the bread was somewhat underwhelming, and let down the rest of the food. 4 stars is probably a bit harsh and I'd probably have given 4.5 stars if that was an option, but I had to round down or up and rounded down on this occasion. I would still certainly recommend this as a top place to eat in the Conwy area though.
We visited Signatures a good few months ago but came across these pictures in my phone from our visit which prompted this review. Food, atmosphere and service was brilliant. Adhered to COVID-19 social distancing and cleaning extremely well. Highly Recommended.
This was the first time for me here. Several family members have been here previously and had positive comments about the food and service. The vegetarian options are on a separate menu, so ask for this when you enter the restaurant. Overall it was very nice indeed and the service was good. I look forward to the next visit. Vegetarian options: The veggie options I had were very nice indeed and the people I was with said their vegetarian options were also very nice. Parking: I like the fact that it's a manned barrier. If there is no one there, then call the number on the keypad, and they will open it for you.
Was taken for the first time by friends excellent service, and food was amazing. It isn't somewhere I would go often as it's a bit far out. But very satisfied with everything.
What’s gone wrong?, we were there on 4th nov lunch, for parent’s anniversary, dads favourite restaurant because of the food service and especially the wine selection. Never ever had a bad meal here ever, we had 3 pate’s and a pri pri prawn dish which were lovely, husband had gammon, which was so thick it was tuff, very poorly presented, plates where hot which is good, myself and mum had pork three ways which is normally fantastic, was underwhelmed, and my poor dad that had the stone bass, which sauce on side asked for, came with the strongest sauce poured all over, which he couldn’t eat, not to make too much of a fuss, asked them just to transfer on to a clean plate, but the sauce was way to strong for fish, and he didn’t enjoy. My parents went back this week and had just fish and chips, to hope it was a one off, unfortunately it was awful, I never write reviews normally, but this area needs good food like signatures, I don’t know if you have lost your main chef or was on holiday but need to rectify quickly we has a family must spend over 2/3000 a year with you and when I come with friends a lot lot more. Please get it back to how it should be, I know times are hard but they will get harder if the locals are disappointed. The staff are brilliant as usual, This year had my 60th there in august just for lunch it was lovely for 10. . Been, sept twice oct Twice all ok, November what’s gone wrong?
We dined at Signatures last night it was the most perfect evening, wonderful staff , ambience …, but wow the food was superb , the best food we have had in years , thank you to all …. It was perfection .. look forward to returning very soon Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options were just scrumptious !
Awesome restaurant. The staff is very friendly, the venue is beautiful and the food was marvellous. The salmon was so tasty, beautifully cooked, the potatoes would just melt in your mouth. The 2way lamb again, so tasty, melting in your mouth as well. The Tiramisu and the mango panacota to finish were the piece of resistance. Great finish! 5*
Every time I have been here the food has never disappointed. Absolutely delicious food and friendly service. I am already looking forwards to coming back again
We had the pleasure of visiting today for Sunday lunch, the staff were very friendly and the food was amazing, although it was Sunday lunch it had a fresh twist with the meals looking modern and very well presented. Will definitely be going back again. The beef sirloin was to die for!
Spectacular food and service at a very reasonable price point. Open kitchen is beautiful to watch and there is a family feel to the restaurant that makes one feel at ease. Most definitely the best food I have had in north wales i hope to visit again soon.
