Had to call a couple of times and luckily got the same receptionist - Michelle. Felt she genuinely wanted to help me sort my medications and prescriptions so I am leaving a 5 star review for her as she is the nicest receptionist at sidley surgery
Even in these testing times, the staff all deliver first class service and try their best to help any way they can.
Absolutely useless. Every month I deal with this exact same stress trying to get my prescription. Today I've had to call 111 again, just so I actually have some tablets for tonight. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't recommend this surgery, especially if you need a monthly prescription. They never answer their phone, they seem to never have appointments available and they are closed most of the time. Don't put yourself through the stress of dealing with this surgery
Unfortunately no help with my father's heart pain. Really aren't interested.
Took my mum for her covid vaccination. It was set up meticulously. There was seating outside for those unable to stand in the queue. The whole process was super speedy and guidelines followed. The army were vaccinating the day we went. Parking for the disabled which was busy but being monitored by staff. Excellent system in place.
Great surgery. Outstanding staff. Came through the past two years with excellence. Both staff and Doctors are dealing with the pandemic and beyond with professionalism and care. Thank you!
I have seen a number of doctors over the years and can safely say this is personally the best one I have experienced. They are quick to deal with requests. I have a needle phobia and when I need a blood test they are just lovely about it and make me feel very safe and calm. Very glad to call this my gp surgery.
Always been looked after very well and the reception girls are all very helpful.
