Myy y friend took me to lunch here today . My meal steak pie was really lovely but my friend who is gluten free had hunters chicken with no sauce or cheese . The chicken looked like plastic and was stringy and inedible and they brought her some more which was the same . Apparently they but it in like that . The staff were great but the meal was horrible . They did offer a refund but my friend declined as the meals were to for £10.49 however if it had been full price she would have taken it . I think they need a new supplier for their chicken or take it if the menu altogether it was awful
Food was lovely and the women who served us were really nice.. I took my 4 year old unfortunately he had a blackcurrant cordial and accidentally knocked the full glass over.. the woman serving us offered to replace it due to the fact it was a full glass but one of the managers said they would not replace it as it would cost them too much to replace drinks .. I find this ridiculous considering it would have cost pennies if that yet they charge £1.45 I'd understand if it was coke or alcohol but seriously a cordial?? After we just spent £50 for food and drinks i find that shocking
Jake made us feel welcome and advised on the menu. The food was gorgeous. Will be back even though I live 45 minutes away.
Says the kitchen closes at 8.30pm friend ordered food and she said she’ll do his but not mine and then my other friend ordered food and they brought over a refund ticket and was snobby about and said kitchens closed already today you. Customer service is disgusting, currently sat eating without a knife and fork and haven’t offered any sauce . All of this before 8pm Shocking

Played golf next door, popped in to check the menu at 11,Tina and Dan were brilliant with us,played our golf and went back for food,menu excellent,staff on point,food was excellent,cooked perfectly,a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and will be back.
Just been in for the 1st time in a few years had a wonderful meal with my son his steak and my Sunday dinner were fab we will be back again, soon.

Great atmosphere good service, fun place to be wherever you feel the need for food, just a drink or pool or darts with friends
Not really gone to this pub, but when we did the staff made it worthwhile. The barmaid Reiss was lovely and friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The steak we had was cooked to perfection, when asked who the chef was, we were told it was Morgan. It may be a very normal pub, but it has exceptional staff!!! Well done and a 5 for customer service.
