Best real ale pub in Darlington. Small, eclectic clientele, great beer, brilliant staff. A little oasis of old fashioned speak-easy boozer in an otherwise crazy world.

Very nervous at first but they have a very good policies in place regarding hygiene and track and trace 10/10 Shelly

Best pub in town. Good selection of real ales. Free Live music. Super friendly staff. Walk in as strangers walk out as friends 

5 stars says it all. Shelly made us welcome in Darlington and still does.

Lovely little gem hidden down a side street in Darlington. Went to an open mic night there and it was really good. Friendly people and locally brewed ales! Fantastic!
