A lovely place to stroll down the side of the canal watching the barges go through the locks and then when you have enough go to the Shropshire Fly for a drink or something to eat a lovely Inn don't forget your mask toilets in the inn or outside in the carpark.
Great value for money; HUGE portions. Clean, safe, and social distancing in place. Superb location by the canal. Welcomes dogs and feels like a genuine traditional canalside pub.
Beautiful pub, great food and drinks. Very dog friendly, slightly difficult to find. Turn into the bridge Inn and keep going
So welcoming. Had super evening meal with nice arrangements in place for social distancing. Lovely towpath walks for the dogsand camel boats to look at.
A little quiet but that is down to Covid I guess! Very friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Found and drink well worth the price. Infact, you are treated like a king, or queen, with the portions. The wines are very reasonably priced to!. If you can, stop off and support this and all canal businesses.
Fantastic place for everything a must see. We stayed overnight in our Moterhome and will definitely be coming back. A big thank you to all the staff!!!

Lovely atmosphere. Great food and great ale. I highly recommend it. The best burgers I've had in the UK so far. They make their own chips in-house and that is a sign that their food is top quality. Their servings are also ample.
