In my experience Darren and all the team are always unfailingly helpful and engaging. Conversation and insight is thoughtfully provided when wanted. Service is from the perspective of customers are potential new friends. Pricing and offers are as competitive as possible. Your local bike shop is a fundamental part of the cycling / racing community, your online shops can't provide that or the consideration to try and go the extra mile for you at the last minute. The best bike shop I have encountered in 30+ years of cycling.👍

Simply the best shop of its kind in North London/Herts. The latest components and frames as well as complete bikes from top manufacturers. Top quality clothing, helmets and shoes. Build a relationship with this store and you will receive great advice and competitive prices. Daren has helped my family and I so much over the years I cannot thank him enough. There is always good natured banter and I invariably leave with a smile on my face. If you are really lucky the managers father Alan will be assisting in the store and will keep you entertained with stories of racing back in the day while you shop. I can only think the poor reviewers here have no sense of humour or no idea how a bike shop works, they should probably stick to buying online. 
This shop is part of the fabric of the bike racing scene. Highly recommended!

Best bike shop in the world !!!!   Wouldn't go anywhere else. 

Great friendly service. Brilliant range. 

This is a bike shop for proper cyclists. Their knowledge is second to none. These people are experts. I love the fact that they are a family run independent shop with bricks and mortar where you interact with real people.

Fantastic advice given I have never been sold anything I have not needed. At times they have undersold to me as I have gone in wanting some top end component and after taking honest advice from them I have bought a cheaper item making a financial saving. 

I Have  been using this shop for the last eight years, and only started using them by accident when I didn't have a clue about cycling and popped in to have a puncture fixed. In total between my son and I we have had seven bikes and frames from them including numerous wheels as well as components.
  
I have just purchase a track frame from them and got a great deal.

I would highly recommend this shop. I have used Darren and his  team in both shops for over 10 years.  I have always found them to be really helpful,  constantly offering sound advice and service. Darren always makes time to chat and banter and consistently  offer competitive deals.  Highly recommended 10 /10
