Absolutely horrendous experience. Left my purse on a bus in central London. Traced it back to this bus station which is located outside of London. I described the purse perfectly but the lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude and accusatory, implying that I was lying. They refused to post my purse and said it needed to be collected in person. However with all my cards in the purse travelling to the station was pretty much impossible. Especially given you can’t pay cash on public transport nowadays. It’s 2024 you should be able to post lost properly and help people in times of need.

Buses turn up late, leave early and sometimes they don't even appear despite the electric timetable saying otherwise

I left my bag on a bus in Muswell Hill. Some kind person handed it in to the driver so I had to go to the bus garage to get it back. It was a mega long journey but the staff were were helpful and polite.

Too many buses 90% NOT IN SERVICEnThey have the drivers the fuel & the bus is using the road but REFUSE TO PICKUP PASSENGERS

I can confirm, just as a lot of other comments on the website have mentioned,  that Potters Bar Bus Garage do not answer the telephone whatsoever.  Must have called at least 20 times today, two of which they were engaged to someone else, only for the call to ring out every time.  It would appear that us Joe public,  who pay their wages, are just not very important to them to be bothered to pick up the phone!
