A veryu big thank you to our local driver (384) Margaet "maggie" who is a reguler driver over the route, over the last three years since being unwell I have used the 384 service a lot. This kind lady always ask "how are you" is patient reliable and a credit to Metro. Give her a prize, a job well done Maggie John cockfosters. (384 yesterday evening)

Absolutely shocking bus company! Always late the fares are inconsistent and the driver today was so rude that I gave him a piece of my mind and chose to walk. Shameful service all round.

263 bus service the worst in North London. All day now you see two together. Tonight 3 together at 8 pm. Absolutely no control and I'm very surprised they won the contract. Walking as from now.

Inconsistent service. Constantly late. No tracking. Irresponsible. Supposed to be providing a service that gets people where they need to go. Kids constantly late for school.
