I went in to the store with my family and there was an asian girl with a hijab working today. I don't know her name but she was very friendly, by smiling, making eye contact and complimented my lip gloss I was wearing and made my day !

Ok prices for sure. The customer service is as bland and withdrawn as any shoe shop but at least you get in and out quick. Easy to spot the prices and special offers available

Great customer service. Manager dave was lovely and helpful and helped me find the shoes I was looking for. Will definitely be making another visit to this store again

I went there  at 7:25pm but the lady on door said that they are closed but the actual closing time online shows 8:00pm

Great value for money

Good customer service clean shop. There is a car park but you pay as you leave. It is wheelchair accessible both the shop and the car park there is a wheelchair accessible toilet close by

Very helpful staff .... member of staff took her time to make sure i found what I needed and went on computer to look for alternatives ..... even though I didnt find the shoes I came in for as couldn't get my size ..... I walked away with better shoes at a better price ..... excellent service.....

Awful costumer service  by young little  girl on Wednesday 12 of February. She was keep looking outside while serving me it was like somebody forced her to work there , really bad
