Customer service is almost completely non-existent. If that's not an issue, you then have a decent collection of reasonably priced footwear with similar quality. Got our son welly wellington boots from here based on school uniform requirement. Did the job and our son was quite happy with the design.
Shoezone is an excellent store. I shop there both online and in store if I need something quick. Staff are helpful but ESPECIALLY Donna who is an absolute joy when she is in the store. Donna is professional and offers excellent customer service. Shoezone Derby must be happy to have a staff member who is a credit to this store.
Never go to this store if you are disabled or have children in chairs as theres no lift and staff are so rude. Im never going to this store ever again one star! I wouldn’t give them any stars
Don’t know about all the staff members but one of them was utterly rude and disrespectful. There were almost no customers in the shop and while my partner was trying to finalise between a couple of shortlisted shoes, the staff member literally came and said ‘ don’t make the floor messy’ because there were two shoe boxes open and shoes were outside and we were trying to shortlist one of them. This was the first time I have experienced anything like this. Very disgusting behaviour. Obviously we simply left the shop without any more interest to purchase the shoes and am pretty sure will never be visiting the shop again. Very very bad experience. I don’t have an option of giving 0 stars so had to do with 1 star.
Not sure what has happened to this place but i would avoid at all costs. 3 pairs of girls school shoes and 3 pairs of boys school boots all fell apart. Took the last pair of each back to Derby store Derbion as the "leather" was peeling off. Tried to tell me that no shoes have warranty, and that worn shoes cant be returned after 30 days, yet the website says different and online customer services told me to return instore after seeing photo's ??? Your advertising 12 months warranty on new items, lets not forget consumers Statutary rights !!! Shoes should not fall apart after 2 months
Really good place to get deals of fashionable shoes at affordable prices. It's worth signing up for their mailing list as you'll get £5 off your next purchase but that is a no off discount but other than that as a member you will continue to be mailed discounted range of shoes throughout the month and on special occasions in the calendar year like birthdays, mother's day etc. And if you're not happy with your purchase just return the item and they'll refund you. I would highly recommend them to someone on a budget
Nice shop, nice staff, nice shoes.
Hi, I purchased a pair of shoes on Wednesday for my 12yr old grandaughter, I paid £29.99 for the shoes but the shelf-edge ticket displayed £9.99 the ticket price had slipped underneath the shelf-edge ticket over the 2 has my grandaughter's shoes sole had come away from the soles she was in desparate need of new shoes, I would advise Shoezone to make sure customers can read the correct price on display also the assistant wasn't very helpfull either. Regards Y Haslam.
My go to for comfy work shoes. Does a good range in store and online has a vast range .My go to are the boots ,canvas shoes and they do good sketchers in black that are so comfy when on your feet all day . The staff are helpful whenever I've been just avoid the end of school holidays .
Clean layout of shop but impossible to find someone to help. Only the cashier was on view with a big line of customers. Left without buying the boots that I wanted because I was not going to keep standing in a line for every question that I had.
