Amazing customer service. I got to pick my budget then my son got to decide which skateboard he wanted. You can pick from all different styles of skateboards and ours came immediately. And the deals were amazing for the quality.
The staff are always friendly and helpful when I visit. Had some help today with some shoes and got some good advice for the future. Prices are very reasonable too so fits all budgets.
What a great experience! My 11 year old son expressed an interest in skating so I decided after a 22 year break I would give it another go. We went to watch a competition they had on and met a couple of the staff and they were super. Very welcoming and super friendly. Off the back of this we booked a ‘father & Son’ lesson. We had a look around the shop and picked up a few new parts for our decks before having an hour lesson with Jack, he was super with my son and really encouraged him showing him some basics to work on and making sure he had the foundations to work with. After the lesson he gave us a T shirt and some stickers which really topped it of. £40 for a lesson for two people and T shirts was super value and my son now wont stop asking when we can go back! Great ambassador for the sport, super shop and the skate park is free to use outside of lessons. I just wish it wasn’t a 3 hour round trip! Jack has also been super helpful with advise on parts for a deck I’m building which is a bonus. If my shop was closer I’d be trying to poach him as passionate people like him are hard to find nowadays!
Big shout out to Ed for helping change bearings on my son’s scooter. Wouldn’t have been able to do it without his help - 5* service, great place.
Have visited the shop and ordered online. Both have been excellent. In the shop everyone is really helpful and it’s really easy to find what you are looking for!
Edited 01/08/24: Been told they are getting a ramp and an accessible parking bay so I have edited my review. I will update when I've been and seen it for myself. Previously they were against getting a ramp & they removed the accessible parking bay in favour of a skate park, but with some persuasion from BBC news & the council they are now promising to make changes.
Great shop with lots of stock, brands and sizes. The staff are very helpful with nothing too much for them, will definitely return

My trainers were delivered to an unknown incorrect address and rollersnakes at first were in touch with me, but have since decided to ignore me and my emails. I spent £64 on trainers and delivery and I'm not happy at all.
