I was supporting a lady with a learning disability to buy shoes and with her shoe size it can be hard going. Found a lovely lady store assistant who really helped, very grateful to her. My lady bought 3 pairs and will be back in October for boots
Nice helpful staff. Unfortunately, the store didn't have my size in stock, so I had to elsewhere. It's no good saying you can order on the Internet as people like to try shoes on for fit & comfort, especially if you've got feet that are prone to swelling up.
Getting a pair of shoes from here. They look good but not my size. 2 to 3 weeks wait. Brought some walking boots from here 5 years ago and they are still very comfy and still going, one of my best buys.
Miss Leading sales, walked in with posters everywhere saying buy 1 get one half price little writing says on all full priced lines. Get to the till with two full priced pairs of children's shoes to be told that offer only applies to Sandles??? The manager was rude and didn't even seem to care just wanted you out the shop. Never shopping here again.
Awful. The choice of shoes is good and they were reasonably priced but one member of staff was just rude. There was a long queue for people waiting to be served. After we'd already been waiting about 5 minutes with no progress, this guy comes over, decides he doesn't want to wait in the long queue and just starts a new one on the other side of the till. I finally get to the front of the queue and the male cashier decides he's going to serve the queue-jumper first - even taking the guy's shoes off him around me! Obviously I objected, pointing out that the people in the queue had been waiting a lot longer than the guy that he was letting queue-jump. However, he completely ignored me and then tried to mansplain why he was right, even though he was clearly wrong and clearly hadn't been paying attention. Worst customer service.
Purchased the perfect trainer shoes due to the very kind helpful Dave, who went out of his way to find the correct size, thank you Dave. Derby store. I must add that all the staff where very friendly & helpful too.
This store has lots of affordable shoes for both male and females, ranging from slippers, sneakers, corporate shoes and heels. You can get a decent one from £25. They also do student beans 10% discount. Its one of the stores you can get affordable quality shoes inside Derbion
I went to Deichmans for school shoes for my granddaughter. The staff were helpful but not intrusive. At the till Annette was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were OK and the experience was fine.
Used to be really good for shoes unfortunately like most store's today very limited choice and sizes available.
Brilliant had my 10.5 size sandels. Shop was bright, with helpful cheerful organised and knowledgeable staff. Had what I wanted, happy experience
