Sadly I bought two balloons from the shop one deflated and they refused to replace the item, when I asked to speak to a manager she claimed there was no manager and the business ran autonomously, without any form of management , then claimed her manager did exist but was out of the country. Awful customer service. Never shop from here again. Never be served by Gul the Asian lady, she is an absolute discredit to the company.

Wow , absolutely delighted with what was delivered. I spoke to the young lady and wanted a large bouquet of carnations only for a special person and she adviced on adding a few other greens in. I have to say i was very much impressed with the way the it was presented , quality and colours of carnations. I have previously bought flowers from a well known brand but i won't be using them again as the flowers from Eros have kept their bloom and lasted over 3 weeks. Thank you.
