The station seems to be closed off with red tape all around quite regularly. But it never indicates when it is closed and for how long.nnIt is always a gamble with my EV if I can charge here or not. It would be great if at least the charging station is open since payment is done for it separately and doesn’t need staff. Or if Google Maps can indicate the days/times it is actually open
Missed turnoff for previous services. Fuel light on so forced to pay 20p per litre more than others in area. Shame as I stop at main services or travelodge regularly. 240p extra on 12 litres.... less than future losses. Gready idiots!
Unfortunately very rude night staff male.nConfused on why they were so rude as speaking polite, offering advice, as they did not address another customer with good custom non verbal communication.nIn my opinion therefore they were very dismissive, which could be perceived as rather lazy and not helpful. A simple communication would have avoided this ordeal.
Very polite staff, especially in the morning. sometimes I forget to scan my app but they always remind me. I used to come everyday in morning they always welcome with good behaviour .
2nd usless shell garage that doesn't accept uk fuels or certas fuel cards
