Fuel light on, cars on forecourt, people in the shop. 'Sorry, we're closed, you need to go elsewhere'. 7.30pm!!!

Rude, aggressive and petulant. The customer service at this Shell station is abysmal. I will NEVER use this site again. If I run out of fuel by this forecourt I will walk to the next one 3 miles away.
