Just bought from this dealer for the first time, never been in there before. Fantastic service, very knowledgeable and helpful, clearly a family business that cares about the customer. Very clean and tidy car with FSH. Slightly warped brake discs on the car so they fitted new discs and pads same day with no hesitation. Car was for my 17 year old son and they told him any time Dad's not around and you need checks done, come in we'll do it for free. Would definitely recommend.
Just brought a mini and part exchanged my previous car, good and fair price for part exchange and excellent priced mini. I am over the moon with it. Warren was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The car looked amazing when collected with a full service as well. Highly recommend Thrapston Garage.
Sean and Warren were both absolutely fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable and they both clearly care a lot about creating a positive experience for their customers. They made the experience of buying my new car easy and exciting! The car was in great condition and they spent a significant amount of time helping me to understand the car and to get it set up before I drove away. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend.
Great customer service! There was no pressure when looking to buy our car and warranty and options was clearly explained. After getting the car home we found an issue, which Warren and team were quick to agree to get sorted for us. Would definitely use them again.
I don't usually write reviews, but Thrapston Garage are the exception. Fantastic service, Warren was very patient, nothing was too much trouble as we test drove quite a few cars and asked loads of questions. James and Sean, the same, very friendly and helpful ensuring the sale went smoothly, again nothing was too much trouble. I haven't enjoyed the car buying process for many years, no hard sell. Excellent team who care about their customers. The service and people were so good my son upgraded his Mini. Love the car, put the fun back into driving.
