Dreadful. Firstly, there seemed to be little choice for the Meal Deal. Secondly the cashier tried to short-change me by a fiver and thirdly, the Chicken & Bacon Deli2Go sandwich had no bacon and was beyond revolting. There's plenty of choice on the A11, so look elsewhere.

The second time I've been where the toilets have been closed at 8.15pm in the evening. The staff said they were blocked. So I tried the Burger King/Little Chef, only to be told we couldn't use them either as they closed at 3.30pm even though we purchased food. We then tried the Travelodge to be told we couldn't use their toilets either as they only had toilets in rooms. How can this be classed 'services'. I understand that problems arise, but it's how we deal with those problems that defines us. I'm sure staff all had toilets to use - wouldn't it have been nice to have been offered the use of them on this occasion. We weren't the only people to find this a problem.

Nowhere with baby changing facilities and toilet floor was filthy so couldn't change baby there either.

Great for resting after a long drive. Burger king next door.

It's a petrol station. They definitely sell petrol. And sausage rolls probably.
