Wanted a replacement for my old Peugeot, guys at Reed autos were great, found me a car that fitted my requirements. Jason and Danny were both very helpful but especially Danny as it was through him that we did the buying process. What I really liked about the place was the professionalism and time taken to get things right, there was no rush. there were a couple of minor things with the car but it was no trouble for them to get it sorted. all in all a great experience. Thanks guys. If looking for a car l would highly recommend Reed Autos. Give them a look.

BMW Convertible Purchase My wife found my car on the Reed Autos website - I wasn't really looking to update my old banger but she insisted that I paid them a visit. Made the 40+ mile drive with no real intention of making a purchase ; not helped by the fact it was raining at the time. Arrived and was met by a very helpful assistant (Ben - remember the name). Showed me around the vehicle, answered all of my questions with total honesty (not always the case with a second-hand car dealer). He made the sale a really pleasant experience. I've since picked up the vehicle and am really pleased with it. They have a great range of vehicles, have great facilities and above all, give great service. I can't speak for the other salesmen but if you are interested in a vehicle; make a point of asking for Ben and you won't go far wrong. Lou Jenkins

I visited Reed Autos yesterday and, as someone who has worked on a car yard before, was very impressed at the service they provided. Their facilities are excellent and the car that I purchased was in excellent condition. All of the checks they carry out on the vehicle prior to sale provide an added layer of reassurance to the buyer. Strongly recommend.

I had a very good experience with Reed Autos, after having a very bad experience buying from used car dealer we were very cautious about purchasing again. Reed Autos is a very professional and established business so we felt much more comforted when looking at the cars. Once we found a car we wanted Ben one of the sales team dealt with all our enquiries and couldn't have been more helpful and genuine, but also any other member of the team we spoke to was very nice and helpful with any questions. Even when we went to collect the car and random fault prevented us from driving off, Ben and the team made sure the car was repaired the next day and updated me as soon as it was ready. Car so far is driving lovely so am very pleased. Would definitely recommend Reed Autos to others, and look to buy my next car from them again.

Love the car, (after I was allowed a test drive 2 miles away to ensure my parents could get in the vehicle comfortably) The salesmen were all very professional and polite, I paid cash and collected the car a week later. I was disappointed the scratches on bodywork were not done and the valet was not very good. After evicting several air fresheners I find the car stinks of dogs. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
