Terrible service. Worst car wash I have ever been to. Upon arrival asked for the £20 gold wash/valet to be told my car is too big even though this covers ‘medium’ sized vehicles as per there price list i have an Audi A3. After agreeing to this i was hoping for a very good interior and exterior clean. The grill and wheels were still dirty upon completion along with interior door trims. Asked to have these cleaned and got told this is all you get for £25. If you don’t like it, don’t come back. When replying to ask why this wouldn’t be cleaned given I had paid for a ‘Gold’ valet and not just a standard wash, i was told that if I want a proper clean I should pay the £40 for the next level up. Absolutely shocking service and mediocre clean. Avoid at all costs.

Asked for a clean inside and out including a polish, inside was done amazing but the outside parts didn't look like they had been touched and they broke my aux, definitely not worth 80 quid

Having tried a number of such places around the Cambridge area over the years, this is now my car wash of choice. The team do a really good job in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. While you're waiting takes about half to three quarters of an hour for a large car depending on how dirty it is! you can have an excellent cuppa at East Roast Coffee which is nearby, or visit the wonderful Mica Hardware store, which has everything in the known universe in.

Best car wash service, friendly and cheerful staff, highly recommended

They were quick and it was nice and easy process. Pulled up and asked if the could fit me in. I got inside and out cleaned for £20. Took 30mins. Missed a spot on my windscreen frame but apart from that good quality for speed.

Staff very polite made a good job washing the car. Reasonable prices will call again

Excellent service, you may have to wait a while but this is only because they spend a lot time giving your car a very good clean. Definitely worth the wait.

Very good car wash service. Very efficient and good clean and we love the little Christmas scent!
