Spent £35 on getting the car cleaned inside and out, was told 45 minutes, after about 20 minutes car was 'cleaned and finished'. Dust still on dashboard, window not cleaned, didn't clean inside of the doors, dirt still on floor and between seats and mud on inside panel. Very unhappy, will not use again. £35 spent on getting the outside washed and inside vacuumed. Not what we paid for.
This is my favourite car wash in Cambridge. They do an excellent job, they work fast, the price is fair. They somehow manage to vacuum all the dust and crumbs from crevices inside my car which I cannot reach with my home vacuum cleaner. The car has a lovely smell for days after they have finished. It is one of my favourite treats to get my car cleaned by them.Services: Auto detailing
I arrived at the car wash this morning and was greeted by a fairly monosylabic gentleman who immediately said that my car was too dirty and I would have to pay £35 for a gold service. This was a bit of surprise as the quoted price was £22-25 on the website and on the board. The car was a little dirty inside but I can't imagine it was much worse than the average car. I accepted the price and disappeared for the required hour. On returning I was not particularly impressed with the standard of the clean. The seats were not noticably cleaner, the outside was not wiped down and so dried with water stains on it. Generally it was a fairly slack job with poor attention to detail despite the fact I was charged at least 40% extra. Won't be going back.
Fantastic car wash, the staff are always very friendly, the cost is very reasonable. I have been using this waves at Barhill Cambridge for the past 10 years. They alway fit me in even when extremely busy and the car is always sparklingService: Car waxing
The actual car wash was good, just angry about being overcharged. An Audi TT is NOT a Medium size car? Edit- response from the owner makes me want to go back there even less. An Audi TT isn’t a medium size car. Especially not an older one.Services: Auto detailing
Door sills not cleaned and interior under armrest not cleaned, water run marks dow rear fenders, not happy and not coming back here. Will give A1 a go next time.
I’d certainly recommend these guys. The car I had cleaned had been left under a tree & next to a busy railway line for around 6 months with years worth of brake dust collecting on the wheels by the previous owner. They transformed the car and made it look like a brand new car. They even managed to remove the smell of smoke inside the car. Thanks guys
Depending on their mood they charge whatever they like. One day medium the other large for my volvo v60. They have bad reputation among local private hire drivers, they do not offer any discount either, despite that we wash our cars at least 2x a week
