I felt appreciated from the moment I arrived! Paul Martin was very professional but also very sociable from the outset, making me feel welcome and appreciated. My vehicle was serviced in great time as indicated by Paul at the outset and I was kept up to date by the video service update and also Paul interacted throughout. A thoroughly satisfying experience.! A great advert for Toyota.

Excellent  experience  as always from the team. Paul on service is  a credit for courtesy  and helpfulness.  Car received  and collected without a hitch.  Well done .Knows how to treat customers well. Video report from the workshop was very good.

I arrived two hours early by mistake. I didn’t read the instructions! Paul, on the reception desk did very well and got my car service completed without a long delay. Good advice given, tyres changed and a puncture fixed by service mechanics. Very happy with my visit.

As always Paul and the team in Toyota Servicing provided a great service. It was personal, friendly and welcoming and the guys are great in creating a open and honest video showing the aspects of the car that are ok and what needs work. The information is clear and the up front pricing is fabulous. I can’t rate the customer service enough from the servicing team and Paul makes everyone feel like a valued customer.

Paul is pleasant and courteous as always. Easy to talk to and very helpful.  He has made a bad experience much more tolerable.  Paul is why i keep dealing with Shelbourne!

Hi Paul Martin at Shelbourne  to was excellent  put me at ease and greeted me on arrival and saw over saw the work on my vehicle was carried out to a high standard . The customer service is excellent and the small video sent of the car is top notch, i was surprised and pleased that the online video included a section where i could authorise the various work that needed done, felt very modern and professional

Craig did a good job it wasn’t hard to ell the car as I wanted to go to a hybrid car. The vehicle now requires mud flaps Boot liner and forward facing camera Hopefully this will be sorted before Toyota send out their survey. I have already said to Craig.
