I called in initially, without an appointment, with the intention of changing my vehicle and buying a Nissan Qashqai either new or used. A new vehicle which fulfilled all my requirements was on the forecourt and within a short time I had the car bought for handover in a few days. I was impressed by the salesman I dealt with, Peter, and his willingness to ensure that I got a deal which suited my circumstances. The whole process was handled efficiently and smoothly with all the required paperwork completed and signed without fuss by the staff. The handover also went very well and I was soon on the road. Top marks to Shelbourne Motors Nissan for a very satisfying vehicle change.
Aftercare is excellent. I had a problem with the exhaust in my 2014 Nissan Pulsar. This item isn't covered by warranty as it is a consumable item, however Shelbourne fixed the problem as goodwill got the car in Feb 24. Full credit to Shelbourne and I will be back and would recommend to anyone.

Matt and Noel were very helpful in getting me onto my EV journey. Start to finish they were very good in explaining all the requirements from the point of the car, EV and the finance options and details.
Very relaxed and friendly from start to finish. Felt very comfortable and reassured, Noel was great with us through the whole process and made sure everything was in place for us when picking up our qashqui. This is why we returned to Shelbourne motors, and We’ll definitely be back when it’s time to change.
My family and I visited Shelbourne Motors Nissan in Portadown with an appointment to view and order a new Nissan Juke, hoping for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, our visit was anything but. Despite informing the dealership in advance about our needs for a considerate approach, we were met with disregard and indifference, especially from a salesperson named James Forte. This visit left us feeling undervalued and disrespected. The lack of staff as an excuse for poor service is unacceptable from James ‘…do you want me to juggle it?and his manager who later contacted us. We were not properly greeted, kept waiting and shockingly observed other customers being prioritised over us during us being dealt with. It’s disheartening to see that Shelbourne Motors Nissan’s customer care has dropped to this standard. This experience compels me to warn others about the dealership’s lack of empathy and professionalism. It’s clear that significant improvements in customer service are needed to prevent future patrons from facing what we did.
I was looking to replace my Qashqai, which had been written off. Having looked at a number of dealers a particular car kept appearing on the internet. My husband and I headed to Portadown where we met Glenn. What had been a stressful couple of weeks following the collision and dealing with the insurance company, was all put to rest. Glenn dealt with us in a very professional manner but also relaxed. Glenn had everything sorted the following week and I was quickly back on the road. Thank you, Glenn.
The salesman Noel picked me up from the airport at 0800hrs as I had flown in from the mainland At the Nissan dealership he offered me hot drinks The handover of the car took 30 mins approximately as the car was immaculate Prior to leaving the dealership he told me where to go for lunch prior to getting the ferry back to Scotland
Glenn was so welcoming. He is best in his job, there to listen any concern we had. He is so helping.
Very pleased as I found Glenn gave me lots of useful information to help me come to a buying decision.
