The 2 stars are not for the food and facilities at rother valley but solely on our experience yesterday, we were given soaking wet wetsuits for the aqua park. The wetsuits were handed to us inside out and soaking wet ( the weather was wet and cold ). It's obvious that the previous body had removed the suit and then it was handed straight back out ( all I could think was Hopefully the previous body had not peed in the suit ). This ruined the experience from the beginning, having to wear a soaking wet wetsuit for 30 minutes in the cold before getting into the water was horrible but the aqua park is brilliant and lots of fun

Had a great afternoon  in the water and was  highly delighted  with all staff there.

Waited 1 hr for a toasties,  told 30 mins when ordering, food arrived barely warm
