It was my first time at this beauty clinic. I booked in for a Dermalogica Facial and it was the best facial I have ever had. The beautician was very skilled as I have very sensitive skin, she also made me feel at ease as she was kind and friendly. I will return for another facial. Thank you :):):)

Went to get Shellac, the lady serving had a disgusting attitude, everytime a phone rang she'd leave I was there for an hour. She ended up cutting 4 of my cuticles leaving them too bleed. The finishing of my nails was not acceptable. Highly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

Eyebrow threading - Worst ever - AWFULLLLL!! I had to write this as I am traumatised from my visit here - I have perfectly fine eyebrows - have been threading my eyebrows for over a decade. In fact I used to come here if I need an urgent tidy up as its pretty cheap, and when they mess up it has never been so bad that I feel like a freak. Today I came here for a tidy up and the girl who threaded me messed up and I ended up with two completely different shapes - she refused to correct the shapes as "she didn't know how" and that they didn't look verrrrry different just a bit. And people wouldn't notice unless they really look at me (?!) Another girl came over and then accused my face of being wonky and that is why they look different! When I said that I wasn't happy and I didn't feel comfortable - I was accused of wanting to get a free service???! For 3.50, Really??? Then another woman came and said she will "sort it out" - which meant removing half the hair from each eyebrow and now I look like a hairless cat with still one eyebrow blatantly thicker than the other. The last woman apologised and said I need to let them grow for a few weeks and then come back to get them properly sorted out - and they still charged me??!! These people are a joke - they think that they are doing you a favour and if you complain it is your fault. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU EXPECT PROPER BEAUTY SERVICES!! THIS IS A CHEAP EMERGENCY BEUATY BAR - I would rather go to Beauty Box in Edgware or Beauty World across the road. Feel bad because I like the owner, but when she is not there her staff are plain incompetent!

My dealings have been mainly with the owner of this place. She is always professional and takes time and effort to ensure I am fully happy with whichever beauty treatment I am undertaking. I am very happy with the treatment I have received so far and would and have recommended her to my friends and family. Thank you

I have been going to Sheetals since it opened & I have never come across any problems. I really don't understand the bad reviews this place is getting as I always had a fab service. All the staff are very nice & very professional & the owner Sheetal she is extremely nice. They all work hard & always there to help you with whatever you need doing. I have nothing but praise for this place & I will always go there.
