Went for a shellac pedicure. Don't think the therapist knew what she was doing, polish all over my skin, and the nail was not filed properly at all. To be honest looks like a child has done my feet. Very disappointed after reading positive reviews. Would not return again. I told the therapist but to be honest she just wanted to go home and did not care at all. Also equipment very unhygienic !!!!

Love this place! My one and only go to salon in London for 2 years now! Rena is wonderful at what she does and her staff are very professional. Best Microblading and lashes in London. Rena gives all her customers her full attention. Also the cheapest pedicures and manicures and laser treatments.

Grateful that I have a great salon like this one near me! Rena and team are warm and very professional - they make you feel at home and provide an excellent service! Have had my eyebrow microbladed by Rena twice and honestly would not go anywhere else! She's very precise and will make sure you're happy with the treatment and will make time to make sure you're happy with the results! I wouldn't trust anyone else to do micro blading!
Thank you Rena and Team for a great consistent experience whenever I make a visit.

Read good reviews so decided to go in and check it out. There were also lovely pictures on Instagram. When I got in, spoke about the lashes I wanted and was convinced I would get the look I desired. My natural lashes are shorter but I’ve had lashes before and they looked good. I was not happy with my finished look at all. I was told it was because my lashes were short . However I feel if this was an issue, I should have been told before hand and would have waited. I was offered to have them removed but as we had spent a long time doing them, I just thought to keep them as removing them would have removed more lashes. I’m very unhappy as I paid full price for a job that wasn’t satisfactory. I feel I could have been offered a discount as she knew the lashes weren’t what I wanted and obviously couldn’t do much because my lashes were short. I feel this should have been noted in the beginning for me to decide if I still wanted to proceed. If a customer is unhappy , I don’t think it’s fair to charge the full price. I almost feel deceived. My lashes usually last a month before falling out. It’s only been less than 24hours and a lot have fallen out. What was the point? I do want to try the other services but I’m hesitant now. I could have done my lashes at my original shop for half the price and I would have been happier. She tried her best but it wasn’t good enough and now I have to walk around with gaps in my lashes. Just very very unhappy.

Been coming here for the past one year and always left feeling happy and satisfied with my lashes. Friendly service. Rena make you feel at ease. I would highly recommend Rena'z Salon. Xx
