owner is absolutely horrible.

Used to go here for my eyebrows. the owner is not good at doing eyebrows by the way, she is rarely there. they have a very good eyebrow lady called banu. since i am from birmingham i put my makeup on after she had done my eyebrows. after 1 year of going semi weekly while in london, the owner texted her employees that she saw me on their shop camera doing my makeup after paying to have eyebrows done and i was not allowed to put my own normal makeup on at her shop because she offers a makeup service she can charge me for. so basically she decided she didnt want a loyal biweekly customer if i wouldnt stump up for someone to do my makeup however they liked instead of me doing it how i like because she wanted to fleece me out of as much cash as possible. i would rather go to an eyebrow place which allows me to wash my face and put some makeup on before i leave it so i at least look presentable.

so i never went back and i think you shouldnt give your business to such a greedy woman!

i just love their services all staff is so friendly and very co operative .... i am become their regular customer .... i am happy with result ....

Do not get your hair done here coloured only half a head coloured, prices keep changing hair dressers are rude and abrupt. They do not wash the colour of properly. I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR COLOURED
