Extortion. Poor Facilities and service alongside zero compassion for the students working their asses off to pay for accommodation as is. Students will not stand for such low lifeness. This company is literally driving students out of college by forcing student rental market prices upwards.

How anyone can raise their pricing by almost 2,000 without any explanation or comment is absolutely unacceptable. To say this is an exploitation of students is an understatement. The management of Shanowen are selfish and greedy and after three years of putting up with ridiculous inspections, fines and overpriced accommodation, I can safely say I will not give this organization one more cent of my money, let alone pay €235 a week for a bed, a shower and a tiny, undersized fridge.

It looks like Saint Patrick didnt get rid of all the snakes in ireland! It is an absolute disgrace that you are raising your price by €2000 and for what? Terrible internet (that never works) stupid fines and tiny rooms? At the price your asking for you'd expect so much more than what you are offering. How dare you take advantage of students like this! How dare you exploit us like this! This is a grave injustice! I will not stand idly by while you rob us blind!

Sinister Money Grabbing Compassionless monsters The rooms in shanowen are infested with insects, have mold growing on the walls and ceiling, and have awful problems with the basic commodities such as running water and lighting. They feed off the desperation of vulnerable students who pu themselves through thick and thin to live in this dive. They have raised the price for the following academic year by 25% and as a result, students will have to resort to commuting long distances to college each day, adding stress and fatigue and subsequently causing them to drop out. This is all due to their lack of compassion for people. They have blocked all contact with negotiators proving they are truly despicable and heartless investors. Avoid like the plague
