One of the worst place to live for Students who want to study. Management Is take so much of rent in the name of security and safety. The truth of is something else. They charge for 24 hours security but most of the time day and in night there is no security. Student party here non stop and the management and security do not do anything about it. It is very difficult to study and sleep here. Student smoke here inside the apartments even after complaining many times they do not have any rules or policies. It is a big risk living here after paying so much money. Reason why I m posting it now is to make student and their parent aware. Security is the biggest issue maybe some student will like it as no one to stop them but real we come here to study not party every night.

Extortion. Poor Facilities and service alongside zero compassion for the students working their asses off to pay for accommodation as is. Students will not stand for such low lifeness. This company is literally driving students out of college by forcing student rental market prices upwards.

Used to be a reasonableish price of €168 a week. Told it will now be €225 a week next year with a few days notice. Deposit is a non refundable €400 when we have already paid a €400 deposit from last year that cant be carried over even though it was last year. Absolutely no suggestions on any improvements for the almost €60 more a week? Fridge is constantly leaking or freezing too much and nothing done.

Pretty disgusting spot to be fair. Management take the cheque and disappear after that, maintenance kept to a minimum, security rarely on. Definitely substandard despite costing more than most private accommodation in the area. Everything breaks or is already broken before you move in.
