Brilliant brilliant brilliant. I messaged them on a bank holiday, they responded straight away. They got me in the next day to get my MOT done. Also sorted my husbands flat tyre out ASAP. Very impressed. Great staff. Great service. Will definitely recommend them and will be back!

Very happy with the service. Used this garage for the first time for a MOT and service. Staff were very helpful and accommodating in fitting my car in at the last minute. The the bill was a little more than expected due to a few issues identified, the staff fully explained the issues and prices and helped me make a few choices. The billing was very clear, all the work was completed on the day, I would use the garage again.

Being a young girl who knows very little about cars I was apprehensive about choosing which garages I could trust, this one however is the most trustworthy garage I’ve come across so far! 
Having used them for an MOT for my car previously, when I needed some repairs doing I thought I’d try this garage again and they did not disappoint! I was given a no obligation quote free of charge before any work was done, along with free and honest advice from a mechanic. Whilst they can be slightly more expensive than other garages, the customer service here is impeccable. I cannot fault how well informed I felt throughout the whole process, with calls throughout keeping me up to date with the work. 
Despite a few very minor unforeseen setbacks (which I was informed about in a very timely manner, and which were not the fault of this garage) the work cost me exactly what I was originally quoted. 
Very happy and reassured customer! Will be using this garage again!

Once again absolutely fantastic service. Managed to hit one of the many pot holes in Colchester! Called into Shaikly's and they had my car on a ramp and checked all the suspension. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

I took my my car to Shaikly's for a second opinion after taking it to another local garage, thankfully I did! Shaikly's quoted me before any work was carried out, kept me up to date with the progress of my car and rung me when my car was ready to be collected. The final price was exactly what I was originally quoted. Would highly recommend, very friendly, welcoming and professional.
