Wanted to give 0 stars as they were so unorganised. Was paying for mot and service plan, had a problem with my key and left the car with them, had it for a day and all they did was put a new battery in. I had already said it has had 3 new batteries in the last 2 months, its not the battery. So had the car for a further day. Then vooked in for mot and service, planned to drop car off the evening before was told it would be the first one to go in in the morning, waited till 12 the next day to find out would not be going in till 4pm, meaning i wouldn't be able to pick the car up till later that night if not the following morning. Totally unacceptable. Was shocked by how unorganised they are, we were constantly told different things. Thought it would be simple. Decided to cancel payment plan, get money back and take to my local garage where i can easily drop off and pick up on same day. Never again.
My stepdad was having his car serviced here today. When he was notified his car was ready I took him to collect it. Unfortunately I got a puncture on the way. I was in a massive hurry as was leaving for Heathrow a few hours later to be away for the week and needed to get home urgently to get on with trip preparations.They were so kind to me and changed my tyre for me to the spare one so quickly and it wasn't even a Ford. Massively appreciated the kindness and the excellent service. My partner has a ford and he will definitely use them now. Superb service.Service: Tires
Mum had her mobility car serviced. She came to us whilst she waited. She had to call them after 5 hours to see what was happening. Eventually got a call to say car was ready. We took mum to lookers to collect her car and she still had a 20 wait. It's a good place but wait times are to long for those with mobility issues
Brought my car in for the second time with the same fault. As soon as I picked my car up I got barely 5 minutes round the corner before the same fault occurred. I took my car straight back to the garage. The guy on reception didn't get his name spoke to me like he didn't care and didn't even want to be there. The best he could go was book it in in March as no temp cars available! So I have to drive a car around with a fault in it because for the second time they couldn't fix my car! Absolutely ridiculous
So far so good mk3 rs focus h/gasket issue no recall, ford agreed to book it in on 23rd with a courtesy kuga.......on fordswatch this space.....
Very impressed with overall service sent me video of my health check .was called to say car was ready came to collect they had washed and valeted car too young lad on desk very polite and courteous from a former Ford service worker I can say they were very professional.Services: Oil change

I recently took my Dads vehicle in for a Cam belt and service at Lookers Severalls business park, he is very happy with the service he received and he has decided to always use Lookers in future. Very polite and very professional.
Parking was so much easier than last year. Everyone was polite and had the benefit of a loan car. Excellent service as always.
Friendly welcoming professional staff. Tidy efficient and informative, they get the job done well, without fuss and in good time.
