Very pleased excellent service and a fair price.

Used to be a very good garage so asked around to see if they were still worth using. Apparently they've gone downhill rather badly and the behaviour of the staff is pretty appalling. I don't fancy being overcharged just to be verbally abused and sworn at. Several friends who used to go there have warned me off which is a shame.

Prompt service, good price, courtesy car aswell

Asked to do a simple job - said couldn't help more like couldn't be bothered

Had to have the clutch repaired on my Tiguan after the slave cylinder failed. Asked 3 companies for quotes, only one bothered to respond. Quote included collection the car. I was kept informed of progress whilst it was with them. I found the staff polite and helpful so would use again.

Woman who answered phone was very rude and unhelpful
