We ordered a takeaway from Shahi last night and I must say this is by far the best Indian in my locality without a doubt. The food was bursting with flavours and the service was excellent. They obviously take a lot of care and pride on what they do. I would like to say a big thank you to them.

Ordered a meal from Shahi last night as they were close to the hotel I was staying in. I was a bit anxious after reading the reviews but once the meal arrived I was really surprised it was piping hot with a wonderful aroma and one of the best curries I have tasted in a long while. The Lamb Biryani was excellent. I'll definitely be ordering from them again when I'm back in London. As the saying goes can't judge a book by its cover.

I was shocked by the customer service we received. They had very bad quality food, tough meat semi cooked looking curry. We called back and they said they know us so they will look after us next time and not to worry about it. I called back a few days later and the guy said that its not sending me what they messed up because its only one meal and its not worth sending a driver to me. I asked for a refund for the food and they refused give me a refund on the food or giving me my food the attitude was appalling. Having nearly £1000 in a year in a place and being treated like that, was shocking. Not gonna order from there again they stole my money!

We often order the vegetarian and seafood curries and have never been disappointed.

I’ve recently received very poor quality curry and called restaurant to complain they told me not to worry they will sort me out next time I order. Called today to ask it for it, refused to deliver curry, refused to give money back as well. What a bunch of scums.
