Been ordering from this store for some time and have always had brilliant service. The weekends are a longer wait but thats with everywhere so i order earlier?? I find the staff polite and always receive my order hot.

So today we ordered our pizza 3hrs ago. The dominos online pizza tracker told us our pizza was on its way 2 and a half hours ago. I was given a free pizza with my next order when I called to complain the first time. I was also told they are under staffed. Second time I spoke with the manager who confirmed the pizza was on its way. Now 3 and a half hours I call the store again. This time the manager refused to come to the phone but had no problem telling his colleague to tell me that he will call me tomorrow. No pizza, no update, no customer care. The manager of this store SHOULD BE SACKED!!! Poor customer service, appalling team management. Absolute disgrace. Please avoid this dominos store at all costs. Their online pizza tracker is a liar too! If they really cared about their customers they would have been honest a lot sooner giving people the opportunity to buy food elsewhere. But no they are heartless individuals that would rather leave customers and children hungry over the customers going elsewhere. Absolutely SHOCKING. RIP DOMINOS PIZZA!!! 😐

I love the pizzas,specially the Italian ones however is the second time they forget to send the rocket. One time forgot to send the spicy sauce and other the drink! Good pizzas but some fails on the service.
