So the deal is this I'm vegan and my bf is vegetarian.We went for pizzas one night and they he got both of our pizzas wrong as we said we're vegan and want nothing to do with meat and cheese etc. (my bf wanted to share his pizza with me) BUT got cheese on both of the pizzas.When my bf returned it to them the next day they were kind enough to offer us a free round of pizzas next time we go there and we finally did it a few days ago but they got one of the pizzas wrong again(luckily we checked them right there and spotted the error).They fixed it straight away but anyways.It's not nice. Papa John's pizzas are heavenly and I love them so much.This probably won't stop me from going back just because of the effing amazing pizza crust❤ it's to die for.But yeah it kinda sucks

Not sure about the taste of pizza but I decided to go there as it was close to the tower bridge and the shop looked absolutely pleasant. But the staff in there who took the order, his name is "MASUT" I guess, he sneezed without a tissue and started making pizza without washing his hands. That was absolutely disgusting! So I left immediately!

This store they don't deserve one star, I can't believe how rude they are, They are fraud they delivered my pizza but i didnt get it when i asked manager where is my pizza he just said its delivered after that he just blocked me. I don't know what to say. Be aware of this store.

Make sure you know who is making your pizza because last time when I went to this shop the satff was very dirty, when he was taking my order in that time he was clening his nose, continiously he was putting his finger on his nose, that was ridiculous, his name is MASUD, so i thought thats ok but after that what i seen i can’t blv, he was making my pizza without washing his dirty hand thn I immidiately cancel my pizza and leave the shop.

i used to live in Aldgate and i always used to take home delivery from Papa john's pizza in Aldgate. i was a fan of papa john's pizza. When i moved to Tower bridge i went to the papa john in Tower bridge and the taste of the pizza was disgusting so whenever i want pizza i just have to go to Aldgate. i will never order a pizza from Tower bridge
