Ordered a half metre yesterday. Second attempt this year. Now that Pizza Express own Firezza it produces a poor imitation of what used to be among the best pizza in London. Ruined by venture capital taking precedence over skillful preparation. No longer real sourdough, lacks flavour and texture with cost cutting evident in every spongy, greasy bite. If you're after Domino's with posh sounding toppings, this is your fallen from grace chain.

I ordered some pizzas for a company meeting. I received a phone call 5 minutes after they were due to be delivered, explaining that the delivery was delayed by 20-30 minutes. Had I have known this earlier I could have come to collect to save time. In the end the delivery arrived 45 minutes late. The pizza itself was nice but I would have liked more advanced warning of the late arrive and an apology. This experience has meant that we won't be ordering from Firezza again.

Used to order pizza from this place as they were one of the very few offering vegan and gluten free options. Pizzas are alright but a bit too expensive. Their online ordering system often times doesn't work properly. Says 3 toppings for free but they charge you for them and your £16 pizza becomes £21 pizza which is annoying. Ordering pizzas from them only makes sense on Tuesdays when they have an offer where 2nd pizza is just £2. Again only makes sense when their ordering system works properly and doesn't charge you for toppings. I think it must be illegal charging for toppings when they clearly state that you can add 3 for free. I have just stopped ordering from them when they were charging me for toppings that were supposed to be free 2 tuesdays in a row. Once they have put real cheese instead of vegan so had to call them and get the order redelivered. Sometimes they forget to put some of the toppings on.

I ordered my pizza 1 30h ago. Nobody is answering my phone calls and I haven't received my pizza yet. What is this about? I rang the shop like ten times and nobody took the phone. Absolutely shocking. I used to love Firezza but if this is the kind of service you aim to provide then I don't think I can keep on being your customer.

Sorry not for me Just brought a simple pepperoni n bbq base. Very disappointing. First time n last time I'll stick with dominoes.
