I bought a part they had in stock. I tried to return. No returns for items under £50. The manager for that section explained that it was special order.  I asked what that meant. It turns out it means items that have a low turnover ie only sell 1 or 2 a year. It was a rear window wiper blade arm. Something I never expected was considered a special order. 
Oh well. Lesson learned. Anyone want to buy a rear window wiper blade arm for a 2005 Hyundai Matrix?

I have been buying vehicles from SG Petch in Middlesbrough ever since this showroom opened. My family must have bought at least 10 cars there and we have been entirely satisfied on every occasion. We have been made to feel valued customers and have always been impressed with the sales experience. No pressure sales. No gimmicks. They listen to your needs and find a car and a deal to suit. I would never go anywhere else to buy a car.

Excellent service.needed some advice on setting up satnav. Took car to SS G Petch and one of their staff set it up strait away and expained how to use it and also explained how to  use a few items on the dashboard. Nothing was any trouble. Exellent service. I would recommend S. G.Petch to anyone concidering bying a car.

Excellent service.  Thank you Gary I love my new car . All the staff are friendly and approachable.  Unlike some of  the garages I visited I e Vauxhall garage, will never spend my money in this place
