Shopping is a favourite pass time for many. Hillstreet allows you to shop and have lunch. With a range of shops and eating places, it is worth a visit for any shop-a-holic. There are a number of bargain shops for great deals too. If you want to shop for that special gift, give it a go.

Large variety of shops with many well known brands. Several places to get something to eat/drink and there is only one sales stall who may try to talk to you (Sky). Only real complaint is the smell of the nail bar in the central area which can be unpleasant at times.

Large indoor shopping centre. Parking good accessed off Wilson Street very near A66. Don't need change for parking as pay on way out and paying machines take notes and credit/debit cards. You get a token from the barrier machine on way into parking. Slot into ground floor payment machines on your way back to car park to pay. Centre has security personnel. Cost of parking average; a few pounds for a few hours. Public toilets kept very clean by on site cleaner are accessed off 1st floor of car park. Good variety of shops nearly always all units taken and open. Has busy crowds on Saturday. Cafe in middle of centre serves lovely mellow coffee (not like the strong and bitter chain style). Very light and airy decor. Lovely shopping centre.

Brilliant shopping centre clean with security and helpful staff in shops. Would definately be a regular, was my first trip there in about 10 years!

It's always busy and a decent selection of shops. A cafe or more places to sit would be nice
