Don't get fooled by the past reviews if you are a first time buyer. Absolutely amateur agents. To be fair, they work really hard for the seller which isn't great if you are a buyer as they will continue to seek higher offers until contract sign date.

Stay away, you've been warned!!

I am very delighted to recommend Sewell & Gardner in Watford for their excellent service provided to me throughout the property purchase process. In particular, I would like to thank Ollie for his all round dedication which made the usually stressful house purchase process a  totally hassle free one. In a very professional manner, he chased all the parities whenever necessary to make sure that everything went smoothly all the way to the completion. He excellent service didn't stop on completion but he made sure that everything was going well once we settled in. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided by Sewell & Gardner in Watford and I have no hesitation to use them again in the future and to recommend them to anyone.

Very happy.  Professional photographer for the photos, all viewings accompanied and feedback provided swiftly.  A lengthy and drawn out legal process in the chain was chased regularly by the team and our sale and purchase completed at the agreed sale price.  A special mention to Ben for all is hard work, ably assisted by his colleague Ollie.  Would certainly recommend.

Amazing service. Sold our flat through the Watford branch and from the word go they were fantastic. Joe made us feel relaxed and excited about selling our property. As for Ben, we cannot sing his praises enough. Constantly keeping us updated and answering any questions we had. Forever chasing solicitors etc. Nothing was ever too much! He couldn't have done any more! I would highly recommend these guys!!! Amazing customer service!!! Thanks guys!!
