We’ve just purchased a property through Savills and were very pleased with the service we received. James in particular was very helpful and professional throughout, always making time if we wanted to view the property and quickly answering any questions we had. It made for a smooth and quick purchase.

We were selling a very large, listed building that required complete renovation, and it wasn’t easy to find a buyer willing to take it on. But Savills did a terrific job for us. They worked tirelessly month after month to arrange viewings, and were undaunted by the timewasters. Their energy and enthusiasm never flagged. We were very lucky to have them on our side.

Myself and my partner have recently moved into a rented property through Savills Estate Agents. We cannot fault the level of commitment, assistance and constant support from the lettings team. Our main point of contact was George, who kept in touch with us throughout the entire process, even weeks after moving in and checking in that everything was okay.  He assisted with every little detail and even popped over to the property before we moved in to pick up a delivery for us. Alongside his support we had the help of Jackie and Rob who were amazing also.  Thank you again to the amazing team at Savills for their help in finding us the perfect home.

We had to organise a move from another part of the country to London area in about 5-6 weeks. The fact this was around Christmas and New Year didn't make it easier. George Jones was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He answered all our questions in timely manner and was always friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend Savills and George.

We cannot recommend James, Sue, Claire and the team at Savills Rickmansworth more highly. We have spent 15 painfully frustrating months trying to downsize our house in Watford with 3 chains falling apart through 2 other Watford based agents during the course of 2023. When we re-listed at the beginning of March 2024, we went back to Sue Trybus and her team in Ricky who had been magnificent for us previously. And true to form, we went under offer 3 weeks later and have exchanged 12 weeks later! Thank you to all the team - we can finally move on with our lives!!
