We recently bought our new house through Hamptons Rickmansworth and Samantha was fantastic in progressing the sale. She was relentless in keeping up the pace throughout the chain and was excellent at keeping us informed. She was very responsive, professional, personable and cheery. We really appreciated all her efforts to get the chain to successful completion.

We had a great experience buying a new home through Hamptons in Rickmansworth. Traci Elson provided a first class service throughout the process. Her knowledge of the local area and information provided on the house purchased was a big help in making our decision. She was personable, proactive and very responsive to all our requests at all times, whilst keeping calm through the challenging stages and this made the experience less stressful. We would thoroughly recommend using Hamptons and thank Traci and the team for all their hard work and support.

We found Hamptons to be very helpful and professional as they persevered in selling the house in a difficult market.  We were sent regular emails regarding viewings and feedback, occasionally conversations regarding new strategies and advertising etc which did bring in new interest.  Traci and Rupert were also extremely helpful in providing us with information about the property as it was unoccupied, which was extremely useful.  In what turned out to be a rushed buy, Traci kept all parties informed and chased around where necessary to ensure completion date was maintained, which it was.  I was very pleased with Hamptons and would certainly use them again.  Thank you Hamptons.

Very professional agents from the start when Steve, the manager came round to discuss values and marketing, right up to the end. It sold quickly but due to problems, nothing to do with Hamptons,  it took a while to reach completion. They always sent one of their lovely agents to do the viewings, which made it easier for me and Traci in particular worked tirelessly to show the property at its best. My buyers got the property they had desperately wanted and I got the property that I had fallen in love with. So well done Hamptons and thank you. Gill M

I would definitely recommend Hamptons for their professionalism in helping us secure our new home.  We were dealing with Rupert who was extremely polite and assisted us in arranging various appointments with the vendor and our lift installers, to ensure that the lift was actually going to fit as my husband is disabled and uses a wheelchair.  We cannot thank Rupert enough for understanding our requirements and helping us through this very important house move, which will definitely transform our lives.  Thank you Rupert.

Traci and Rupert and Hamptons in general have been very helpful in getting us to our new place. It was a long journey but without Travi's perseverance, this move wouldn't have been possible. She chased down the agents when she had to, and kept up to date at all times on the progress of the application. No doubt, we are quite  pleased their service.

On behalf of my mum, I would like to say what an absolute pleasure it has been working with Hamptons in Rickmansworth in the Sale of my mum’s property.  We had a few challenges to overcome, the market being extremely flat and the fact that I live in Australia.  Rupert made sure the distance was never an issue, every  morning I would wake to a new email giving me the latest news on the viewings and extremely constructive feedback, what people liked and didn't like, what things we should consider doing to get the house sold and always giving the latest information on house prices in the surrounding areas.  When Rupert secured a buyer for us he made sure to keep me in the loop with every step the Solicitors took, any queries or questions that were being asked and if there were delays from either party, he would always let me know so I could chase from my end.  It was a very straightforward transaction and within a matter of moments, the Contracts were signed and the monies transferred.  Rupert's support didn't stop there, he not only helped employ a removalist to empty the remaining furniture still in the home but also took down the curtains and emptied cutlery drawers and took out the last remaining pieces of crockery lurking in the back of the  kitchen drawers and cupboards.   I can't thank Rupert and his Team  enough for their exceptional customer service, professionalism, attention to detail and support they have shown me. I would be very happy to refer Hamptons to any of my friends.
