I would like to share my experiences over the past 13 years of my family being patients of this practice. All the doctors have provided us with excellent care.We are leaving the area and will be sad to leave this surgery. I'd also like to say that I've always found the receptionists lovely and helpful. Yes, sometimes you can't get seen when you need an urgent appointment, if all the appointments have been taken, but we're lucky in Oadby to have the walk in centre.

A true disaster. Extremely rude and unpleasant staff. On top they have an extremely low IQ. If you need a sick note, they say you have to be seen by the doctor first. However, there is no appointment except after 2 weeks!! They don't even book you for a call back! You have to call or physically be around @ 8:00 AM or 14:00 PM for even a call back from the GP??!! All senior doctors have left except one or two. I've been with them for few years now, they used to be very good, but those days are gone now. They are using the meanest way to push people towards the private health care. What a pity?!

Have been with this surgery for 16 years and was really pleased with. However over the past 2 or 3 years the surgery has gone downhill! Rude staff. Can never get an appointment. The staff tell you to call back at 2pm for urgent appointments, but of course you can’t get through at 2pm as lines are busy! Tried going in at 2pm but still no joy! Staff are extremely rude and tell you to go to the walk in centre. Looking for a new doctors surgery to join!

This used to be a good doctors surgery but over the past couple of years has gone down hill fast. The receptionists used to be great now they are either rude or not interested. The one with the northern accent is the worst. I think she's in the wrong job! Reminds of the sketch 'computer says no' ! It would be funny it if wasn't so serious. With regards to the doctors non of the previous doctors seem to be available. Have they all left? Overall, it's a pity as was a great practice.

I am sorry to say that I agree with some of the previous posts,the new Receptionists ,could do with some Customer Service Training,one of them even,used the Practices Phones to ring me at home.re a Private issue of theirs.
