Very polite and understanding staff...and vets
Friendly veterinary practice. Useful to have more than one location to choose from.
Very polite and friendly, only interested in my dogs health and not thinking only of making a profit, very happy with their service and always quick to offer their help .
Around two and a half years ago I had to have my German shepherd put to sleep this practice intravenously put my dog to sleep. My dog did show real signs of distress. I do believe they should have sedated my dog intramuscularly before administering the fatal drug.. I've since had to do a similar thing abroad where the animal was sedated and it passed away peacefully. This practice needs to amend its policy for the good of the animal. If you have to make this heart rendering decision,make sure the procedure is respectful for the animal. We and ky were failed. RIP big boy How do you know they are good ! The animal cannot tell you. You and your pet are at their mercy, and you are vulnerable. We now use Turn Hill vets Newport.
Very understanding and sympathetic towards our pet and my wife who was upset as the pet had to be put to sleep ! Not excessive charges compared to some vets. Would highly recommend.
best vets i have been to. they always treat you like a friend and tell you that your pet is their favourite i know they say it to everyone but it sure is nice to feel special i have been using this vet when i visit the area for the last 18 years. they helped when my old boy got run over by a lorry, they healed him well and he lived a long happy life. they performed my girls spay very well and i will be bringing my pup in when shes ready for hers too.

Absolutely my favourite vets. Always taken my dog here for any issue and have found the customer service to be impeccable! Price is reasonable too! It's in an old converted barn type building and has real character although finding it first time was a little difficutl!
This vets pratice is brilliant, we have been using it for years, when it was The Pound. They've been kind, caring & professional, especially Rob Hamilton, our last 2 dogs have loved him. Well done all the staff x
Great care shown to my cat and to me. I appreciated their honesty about my cat's condition and that they let me make my own decision.
