Nice place and the cats enjoyed there stay

First few times were great, then standards slipped. 
Cat was  poorly and distressed when he got home. He had been sick at some point, and this was left on cat carrier. Not a nice experience.
He is longhaired, and needs regular brushing, which stopped happening. It's a shame, because the lady seemed to really care about the cats. 

Following this experience,and reports from my neighbour about the proprietors rudeness to him, I decided not to use PussyWillow cattery again. 
I had lost confidence in the care given to my pet. 
Other reports of poor care, and an unpleasant response to any complaints make me feel i had a lucky escape.

Set in a beautiful relaxed quiet location! 
Extremely happy with the loving service my boy has...
Even providing a pick up and drop off service makes those holiday preperations easier and alot less stressful! 
Would highly reccommend to anyone...keep up the great job guys!!! Freddie loves his holidays with you!

Ms Marshall The last time you used our services was 20/04/16.Your cat was delivered back to your neighbour as requested. The cat and carrier were fine.If you had a problem why didn't you contact us in the last 11 months ? 
Mr Smout You have never visited us or used our services, so, we feel your "review" is baseless.
