A wonderful vets, such lovely caring people. When we get to the door my dog, Scruffy, rushes up the steps, he definitely knows they are all going to be loving and kind to him. When we lost our last dog, Sarah sent us the most beautiful card, a real understanding of the loss of someone who was part of our family.
