I was bought a bread making class with Danielle as a gift and it was such a great experience! We added my mum onto the course as she is also an avid baker and we had such a great afternoon. Danielle is so informative and has such a great way of teaching that we were so at ease and surprised ourselves with our efforts. We are back on the bread making train, so inspired by Danielle and her knowledge. Thanks, Danielle!
We had a wonderful afternoon learning the art of sourdough making. We already had a little experience with sourdough, but were not managing to produce consistent quality loaves. Danielle tailored the class to us perfectly and we learnt so much in a couple of hours. She has created a simple method which is grounded in science and experience, and we can’t wait to put it into practice. I would highly recommend.
A very no nonsense sourdough class with a lovely knowledgeable lady in a beautiful setting, a well constructed course. I have been trying my hand at sourdough for a couple of years and attended some courses in the past and I have to say this was the best. I left with renewed enthusiasm to tackle sourdough baking that I have not been able to get quite right in the past. Thanks again Danielle it was very nice to meet you. I enjoyed a truly wonderful class last week. I'd already been on a couple other courses but was still struggling to make sense of their guidance. I learned some important points and clarified others this week and this weekend I enjoyed putting all those ideas into action with a baking session, and I was so happy to be able to produce the wonderful results in my own kitchen! My granddaughter and I really enjoyed our bespoke French bread making course. Danielle made it fun and interesting and we learnt such a lot from her. She had done a lot of preparation to ensure that we were able to make the most out of our time and experience making a range of breads. Best of all we got to take home lots of lovely products.
A really fantastic afternoon. Danielle was so helpful and full of handy hints. We came away with 6 sweet rolls, a granary style loaf and a focaccia. All absolutely delicious and I'm so delightful that I now have the hints and confidence to bake bread for myself after years of baking 'bricks'.
We had a fabulous morning with Danielle. She was able to accommodate our different experience levels and answered all our many questions with great patience. We made three different types of bread and learned SO much. We’ll definitely be going back soon to try something else sourdough I think. A brilliant gift!
Danielle Ellis has helped me tremendously. She has guided me with my Rofco oven and mixer to make delicious sourdough bread. She is filled with a lot of knowledge and she has excellent advice. I appreciate meeting her over zoom meetings and helping me troubleshoot all my sourdough questions. She has helped me get the results I was looking for. Thank you!!!
I found a couple of 30 minute Zoom sessions invaluable. I needed some professional help to speed up the process of learning to bake with a new oven a used Rofco from a baker who was expanding their business. Danielle has not only given me essential tips about ovens but a wider range of advice on the process of fermentation etc: helpful when you feel you are loosing your way. Definitely recommended!
