David and Lewis provide excellent service Customer focused, they offer a range of services from the simple to the bespoke. Have been involved in four different projects with them spanning back to 2009, the quality of the advice is excellent and their installation service just as good. Finally not just a retail shop but a consultative approach to audio visual. Highly Recommended

I sought out the shop today to buy a soundbar. The shop was smaller than I expected but they had a couple of soundbars. The young man on the phone seemed busy so I looked around. After several minutes he started to serve me but the phone went again. After some time he told me that sound bars were not really their main line and he did not know much about them. (That was true.) I asked to hear them. He gave me the remote control for the TV and left me to work it out while he made another phone call. So I am still looking - but elsewhere, where customers come first.

We went in to buy some speakers for our kitchen. Lewis directed us to the fitted in wall KEF Ci160s. What a sound revelation: even in a 'sound unfriendly kitchen'. We will gradually be replacing our speakers with more of these. Thank you so much to the knowledgeable Lewis.

I RECENTLY HAD A PAIR OF B&W 603 SERIES 3 REPAIRED BY THESE GUYS BRILLIANT SERVICE,VERY HELPFUL ,VERY QUICK. AND YOU CAN PARK OUTSIDE SHOP TO UNLOAD 10/10
