Just bought a Taylor Koa today and really pleased with it. They have a great Taylor room and a practice booth to test out the guitars with. They even restrung the guitar for me with strings of my choice which was hugely appreciated as they didn’t have to do this. Beyond that the price was good and the staff are patient, friendly and most importantly know their stuff.

It doesn't matter whether you are buying a pick, an expensive guitar, or just want to look around, the staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable.... Spend as long as you wish, there's never any pressure, I've spent far longer than I intended to just chatting with others here... THE best music shop ANYWHERE... :)

Best guitar shop around. Great selection of electric and acoustic guitars and basses as well as amps and accessories. And they have practice booths.

Great shop. Knowledgeable staff and top quality gear on sale. Best set up guitars you'll find, even if your just after a cheapy.
