Something really needs to change at this place...and fast! I ordered crispy shredded chicken some time ago, and the crispy shredded chicken wasn't crispy, but soggy. In comparison to the previous owners, this establishment has gone seriously downhill. Also, I notice the owner blaming the reception staff for the decline in customer satisfaction in another google review, that is truly unfair as they have always been rather nice. I have heard a lot of their staff have walked out, so there must be an internal problem. I think the problem lies with the owner and only the owner. If you want to stay afloat in Coalville, something drastic needs to change rather promptly.
