I've been training at Seven Movement for a year now and I love this place! In the last year I have got stronger, fitter and more toned than I ever thought imaginable. Previously I had practiced martial arts on and off for 10+ years, but by having professional training and nutritional advice, I have changed my body and achieved things I never thought I could. (I always laugh to myself when men at work don't let me lift things, little knowing that I can deadlift more than my body weight!) It's not just weightlifting though, this is a gym for everyone, with a variety of classes – whether you want to lose weight, tone up, improve your cardio, lift big weights, get your kids into exercise, or even do all of the above! Dave and Kate are always on hand to answer any questions you might have, and are so friendly and supportive. The Facebook group is an incredibly useful tool, to ask questions, seek support, share recipes and make friends. There's usually an introductory offer on, so you've nothing to lose by trying the gym, and everything to gain :-) Highly, highly recommended!
